  • Contact information: Parent/guardian name and email address.
  • Goals and questions: Summer goals and any specific questions you submit.
  • Payment information: Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Generate your personalized Summer Blueprint with program recommendations.
  • Deliver your blueprint via email to the address you provide.
  • Process your payment through Stripe.
  • Respond to support inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Summer Edmission:

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Google Firebase: For secure data storage of your submission and blueprint status.
  • Anthropic AI: To generate personalized program recommendations. Your student profile data is sent to the AI for analysis but is not retained by Anthropic beyond processing.

4. Data Retention

We retain your submission data for as long as necessary to deliver your blueprint and provide support. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@edmission.us.

5. Cookies

Summer Edmission uses minimal cookies required for the website to function (default Next.js behavior). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Children's Privacy

Summer Edmission is designed to be used by parents and guardians on behalf of their high school students. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@edmission.us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
