Terms of Service — Summer Edmission

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Summer Edmission ("the Service"), operated by Edmission ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Summer Edmission provides personalized summer program recommendations for high school students. Based on information you provide, we generate a "Summer Blueprint" — a PDF report containing ranked program recommendations, deadlines, costs, and action items — delivered via email.

3. Payment & Pricing

The Starter Blueprint is available for a one-time payment of $59. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Delivery

Your Summer Blueprint will be delivered to the email address you provide within 24 hours of successful payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your blueprint within the expected timeframe.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Summer Blueprint, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@edmission.us. Refund requests made after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Edmission. Your Summer Blueprint is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the blueprint or any portion thereof without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Summer Edmission provides recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any program. Program details such as deadlines, costs, and availability are subject to change by the respective program providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edmission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
